A flavorful and protein-rich Organic Paneer Tikka made without onion and garlic, perfect for Jain and Satvik diets. Marinated in creamy yogurt and aromatic spices, these soft paneer cubes are grilled to perfection with a smoky texture. Ideal as a healthy starter or evening snack.
In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and mustard oil.
Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and tomato pieces into the marinade. Mix gently and coat well.
Cover and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Insert paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes OR cook on a non-stick pan until lightly charred on all sides.
Brush lightly with butter (optional) and cook for 1–2 more minutes for a smoky flavor.
Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
