Must inform us in writing and another family must do the form registration.Cancellations within 7 days of the event i.e 07th Feb 2026 onwards, including no-shows, are non-refundable , non-transferable due to fixed yacht booking , other arrangement costs and impact to the planning and communications.If the event is postponed or cancelled by Veg Spoons, Let's Travel Asean or the yacht operator due to weather or safety reasons, attendees will receive a rescheduled date or a refund. We as event host would abide by the yacht operator cancellation & refund policy all the time and same would be applied for the refunds to customer.Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
